The QuanTIFIER is designed to be used by the purchaser and returned to QuanTEM Laboratories for analysis. A full report will be provided within 3 to 5 days of the labs receipt of the returned test unit.

The QuanTIFIER is designed to take air samples both inside and outside of a structure or area where mold contamination is suspected.

The QuanTIFIER will capture mold spores which are airborne and therefore breathable.

The QuanTIFIER can be used in both residences or commercial buildings. For best results tests should be taken in the area where the mold problem is suspected and outside the area. The outside test provides a baseline which the inside test can be compared.

Example for houses (take a sample inside where you think mold may be present and then take the second test outside. The outside test will show us what is naturally present in the air surrounding your home.)

Example for office areas ( take a sample inside the office where you think mold may be present and then take the second test in a nearby area where no problem appears to be present.)

Each QuanTIFIER is designed to take 1 test. If additional tests are required please order the proper number of QuanTIFIERs.

DIRECTIONS:

• Attach the QuanTIFIER to the end of your vacuum hose.
• Support the QuanTIFIER approximately 2 feet above the floor resting it on a chair of other piece of furniture.
• Remove the tape cover from the front end of the QuanTIFIER.
• Start the vacuum and run it for 5 minutes.

  Note: To get the best results it is important to run the test for only 5 minutes. Running it longer will only make the filter too dirty to read making counts impossible.

• Replace the tape cover over the front end of the unit, remove it from your vacuum hose and mail it back to QuanTEM Laboratories.
• Be sure to fill out the attached CHAIN OF CUSTODY so we know where it came from and how to analyze the tests.
